UCR’s Department of History, Department of Ethnic Studies, and Public History Program invite you to a public lecture by Kelly Lytle Hernandez.

Kelly Lytle Hernandez is an Associate Professor in the History Department at UCLA and the author of MIGRA! A History of the U.S. Border Patrol (UNiversity of California Press, 2010). Her public lecture is based on her forthcoming book, City of Inmates: Conquest and the Rise of Human Caging in Los Angeles, 1781-Now.
