Location and Local Lodging
All Inscriptions sessions will be plenary sessions, located in 1500 Humanities and Social Sciences Building on the campus of the University of California, Riverside (see campus map: http://www.campusmap.ucr.edu/campusMap.php). Registration and coffee/bagels in the mornings will also be available in room 1500. The location of lunches and the evening reception on March 10, available for registered conference attendees, will be confirmed at the conference itself.
Parking is available in Parking Lot 30; you may purchase a visitor’s parking permit ($6) from the parking kiosk on West Campus drive, immediately as you enter campus from University Avenue. There is another, larger conference on campus on the same days as Inscriptions, so visitors are advised to allow plenty of time to find parking.
There are several hotels near the UC Riverside campus, listed below; again, as there are two conferences simultaneously on campus, visitors planning to stay overnight are advised to book a room as soon as possible.
